FAQ - Production and Shipping Process

1. How are orders processed at Tiranas?
All our bikinis are made to order according to your measurements. Once we receive your payment, we process the order within 1-2 business days.

2. How long does it take to make my bikini?
The making of your bikini can take between 4-5 business days, as each piece is unique and made especially for you.

3. Are there delays during peak seasons?
Yes, during periods of high demand (such as summer), there may be a small delay in manufacturing. We ask for your patience and promise it will be worth it!

4. How is shipping handled?
Once the bikini is finished, we send it with the most convenient courier companies depending on the destination. Shipping time is usually fast, between 24-72 hours depending on the location.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number so you can stay informed about the status of your shipment.

6. What if I want to exchange or return my bikini?
Since our bikinis are custom-made and by order, we do not accept returns due to size or design reasons. However, if the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will find the best solution.

7. Can I modify my order after purchasing it?
Once the order has been processed and manufacturing has begun, we cannot modify it. If you wish to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help you.
