GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND CONTRACTING

This document regulates the conditions governing the use of this website and the purchase of products on it. By accessing this site or placing an order, the user accepts these conditions.

2. WEBSITE USE

By using this website and/or placing orders through it, the user agrees to:

  • Use the site only to make legally valid inquiries or orders.

  • Not place any false or fraudulent order.

  • Provide true and accurate data, and consent to TIRANAS using them in accordance with its privacy policy.

3. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The products offered on the TIRANAS website are available for shipping worldwide. This includes:

  • All Spanish territory, including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

  • Countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) and the European Union.

  • Countries outside Europe, with specific conditions depending on the destination.

In some cases, customs restrictions, additional taxes or fees may apply according to the legislation of each destination country, which will be the customer's responsibility. For any questions about international shipping, it is recommended to contact our customer service department in advance.

4. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The purchase procedure is carried out entirely online. The user must select the desired products, add them to the cart, and complete the shipping and payment details form.

Before confirming the purchase, the system will display a summary of the order, including the final price, shipping costs, and estimated manufacturing time. The user must review this information and expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.

By making a purchase through the TIRANAS website, the customer declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting, without reservations or limitations.

Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent with the purchase details.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

  • Shipping costs will be displayed separately before confirming the purchase.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer and others enabled on the website.

6. MANUFACTURING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

  • TIRANAS products are manufactured exclusively to order.

  • From the order confirmation, the estimated manufacturing and preparation time is up to 5 business days.

  • Once manufactured, the order will be shipped and delivered within the following approximate times:

    • Peninsular Spain: 24–72 working hours.

    • Other national or European destinations: between 3 and 10 working days.

    • International destinations outside Europe: between 5 and 15 working days, depending on the country.

  • Exception: If TIRANAS has products in stock ready to ship, shipping will be made within an estimated period of 24 to 48 business hours from order confirmation.

  • High demand seasons: TIRANAS reserves the right to extend manufacturing times when the volume of orders is exceptionally high, especially during special campaigns, promotions or seasons such as spring/summer. In these cases, the customer will be informed of the new estimated delivery time.

  • In case of delivery delay due to external causes (logistics, customs, holidays, etc.), TIRANAS will duly inform the customer and manage the incident with the corresponding courier company.

7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

  • The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request the return of products that are available in stock, in accordance with current legislation.

  • To make a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, with its original packaging and labels. Shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer, unless it is an error by TIRANAS or a manufacturing defect.

  • Important: Bikinis and swimwear made to order, based on the specifications or selection of size, model, color or design made by the customer at the time of purchase, do not allow returns or exchanges.
    This limitation is not an arbitrary commercial decision by TIRANAS, but is protected by current legislation, specifically article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which establishes that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Returns of custom-made products will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defect or error attributable to TIRANAS.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to products manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

This includes all products manufactured to order, without prior stock. Therefore, no returns or withdrawals are accepted in these cases.

For in-stock products, the customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, by notifying [email address]. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product in perfect condition.

9. LEGAL GUARANTEE

All TIRANAS products are covered by the legal warranty of 2 years in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, on consumer protection.

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects that prevent the normal use of the product or affect its basic functionality.

Expressly excluded from this warranty are:

  • Damage caused by improper or negligent use of the product.

  • Damage due to improper washing, such as the use of incorrect temperatures, aggressive products or prolonged exposure to chlorine, salt or sun.

  • Natural wear and tear from normal use of the garment.

  • Damage caused by not following the care instructions included on the product label or on the website.

For the warranty to be valid, the customer must keep the proof of purchase and contact our customer service team via email, providing photos and a description of the problem.

TIRANAS will evaluate each case and, in case of a defect covered by the warranty, will proceed with repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate.

10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

TIRANAS complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the LOPDGDD. Customer data will be treated confidentially and only for purposes related to the contracted service. You can consult the Privacy Policy for more information.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, designs and source codes, are the property of TIRANAS or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property legislation.

12. LIABILITY

TIRANAS is not responsible for damages arising from misuse of the website, technical errors or service interruptions.

13. MODIFICATIONS

TIRANAS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of purchase.

14. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of conflicts, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile.

15. CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

TIRANAS manufactures its products exclusively to order, according to each customer's specifications. These products are considered personalized and are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

Therefore, no returns or exchanges are accepted for custom-made products, except for manufacturing defects or errors attributable to TIRANAS.
